Dear sir,
I am using an Airtel broadband connection. My connection Number is 0751-4033030. I am having a major problem related to connection. My connection has been cut down due to billing problem, while I have already paid my bill. I paid my bill to your collection executive (Devendra). I have paid my bill on 12.11.2011. I have receipt of my bill payment. My total bill was 4892.72/- rupees, but your executive less 1682/- rupees in waiver after talking his senior officer. After all I have paid 2500/- rupees to your executive and now 710/- rupees payment is remaining of my bill. I told him to pay this amount in my next bill, but when I talk to customer care, where I knew that your executive paid only 1400/- rupees in your office.
I am having this problem from 27.06.2011. I shifted my connection on other address. I informed you by mail as well as call to activate my connection on my new address. your executive didn’t keep my connection on shifting board, while I told him regarding this, on my own charge. My connection was closed during the 27.06.2011 to 05.08.2011, but your executive charged of that period also. After that you have imposed penalty on me every month. I told your executive and seniors to less the amount of penalty and the charge of closing period. Your executive didn’t less that amount, so I was not paying my bill. When your executive came to me, then he lessed 1682/- rupees in waiver after talking his senior. Then I paid 2500/- rupees payment of my bill to your executive Devendra, but he paid only 1400/- rupees in your office. He cheated with me. So my connection has been closed. I complaint on 198 regarding this. Your customer care executive gave me a complaint number 7421810 related to my query on 17.11.2011. He gave me a date 21.11.2011 to solve my problem. I will get more and more loss in these five days till 21.11.2011.but no solve my problem
So you are requested to activate my connection as soon as possible, because I am getting more and more loss and problem.
