Hi,

After receiving an offer to buy Blackberry at cheap prices,i opted to buy one.It was from Bigadda.com.This was in August 2011.Post that i received my blackberry mobile handset on 13th Aug 2011.Ipaid 5000 Rs.in cash.After the delivery guy left ,i checked the mobile & found it to be duplicate.The software (when u switch it on) was Verizon & not Blackberry.

I immediately called the consumer helpline of Bigadda & after a long waiting time of nearly 20 min,was just asked to return the handset to the guy who would come & i would get my refund in 30 days.But nobody came to opick the handset till september.I called up Bigadda regularly(have phone voice recordings too)about the same.

Finally the handset was picked from my residence but still no progress on refund front.It was well received by the Vendor,have the tracking information from the courier company too.
Still trying to contact Bigadda but no answer from their end.

Helpless about my refund i have to resort to the consumer court for the same.Hope this helps .
