I am Sajay Alexander,pursuing engineering here in Bangalore. On thursday october 20 of 2011
i had applied for the bsnl broadband connection with the new landline telephone connection with work order number 45048805.I am so
sad that i didnt got any reply or any type of progress with the registry.
Its going to be 3 months from the date i applied.Students like us doesnot have much cash to spend money on private connection, which gives connection at the same day of applying.
The same bsnl connection is been given on the same building by the same exchange karmelaram bsnl exchange.But i didnt get a landline connection also.The reasons given by the exchange is

1) cable is not feisable
2) ports are full in office
3) new machine for providing internet needed in office
4) cables outside is underground.

Today, i went to carmelaram bsnl office,I saw the JTO; Mr Asokh.I asked about my connection status, told us the cable operator has not done the work,so he given the number with the name,entitled,MANN Reddy. i have been trying to reach him on phone for the past couple of hours, with no response.I deeply regret to say, it has been that it is a matter of inconvenience to me and also making me go around circles, giving excuses after excuses, from Mr. Ashok.He even suggested us to take data card,which is completely out of our budget, being a student.
I'd appreciate for a quick remedy and a proper service.

The connection was applied on OCT 20, 2011.
I hope they will do it with your support as soon as possible.Some of the details I got is been given below.

I have been complained about this before also but i didn't get the solution yet.so pls consider this and do something about it.
