I am totally fedup with my BSNL Broadband. I have almost raised 9-10 tickets with BSNL customer care regarding my frequent broadband disconnection during evening times (from 4:00 PM to till 11:30 PM night). But these BSNL people are closing my tickets without resolving my problem. Atleast they dont have a minimum responsibility to intimate the customer about it. This has become so ridiculous that I even spoke with DGM, GM, DE, JTO, technicians and even customer care people hell number of times. But not a single official is taking the responsibility in resolving my problem. It's almost 1 month now since I am facing this issue.
