Respected Sir,
I am Anirban Mukherjee address 341-Searsole Rajbari, Post-Searsole Rajbari, District-Burdwan, Pin-713358, West Bengal, India, need a service specific information and want to lodge a Complaint against BSNL for not giving me proper service (
Which they have promised officially) of Internet Connection.

I am using a 3G BSNL prepaid sim card for Broadband Internet connection my Net Connect Number is 9475552455 and every moth I recharge specifies plan value of BSNL net connection. But from 28th November I am not getting signal of 3G and proper speed and when I call the customer care no 1503 it is always busy/ waiting. Some time it is more then a hour to get the line to talk to a customer care executive Yet I made more than 15 call to 28th November –Till Date. I talked to Nodal Officer Raniganj Circle dated 28/12/2011, but sorry to inform you that ultimate result is ZERO.

Sir, just imagine I paid advance for a service but I am not getting the committed service of my service provider.

Please do something for harassing me (As a Consumer).
