Just dial officials approached me for my new organization to get listed at top on their list for it services in Chandigarh. I paid a cheque to them for their services but never got the services what i was told about in the starting when i asked for return of money they said they will and just keep on saying this past six months their is no good response from their side so i want to case a file against them . can anybody help me how to do it .
