    Default Cheated by a Retailer shop

    Hello Mr. Admin
    on 3 jan, I went to a retailer asking to recharge my MTS MBLAZE NETSETTER.
    I asked him to tell me which is the lowest recharge for a validity of 1 month.
    He showed me the brochure and in that I selected a recharge under " UNLIMITED" category.
    recharge was 647rs - 1 gb usage- 30 days validity.
    As it was written Unlimited I didn't asked any further questions.
    But after 3 days my MTS MBLAZE NETSETTER stopped working.
    I called to customer care and they said the plan you recharged is not UNLIMITED ANYMORE.
    The plan was outdated a month ago. and there is no such plans.
    I went to the retailer. Explained everything.
    Now when I asked him why did you handed me a brochure with outdated plans, he said " I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING"
    He is using this I dont know what ever I'm asking him.
    The customer care is saying sorry to me because all if this mess.
    But sorry won't bring my 647rs.
    Please look into this issue.

    One person from MTS called me and briefed me with the problem and extended my 30 day usage which was faulted before. It was very helpful.
