I have taken a broadband connection under meghbala broadband . local broadband franchisee has taken rs 1500/- as a instalation charges and told me if i am satishfied they should return the money.After using one month i am not satishfied and disconnected the line.At that time I Asked him to return the installation charges but he totally deny and disobey the matter. This week he came and remove all the wires from my house.He gave me no receipt of the moneny .At that time when i am asking money he misbehave with me .
Now I fall in great distress pls take back my installion charges.

After using eight month I disconnected the line because their servicing was horrable, everytime whenever I working on internet my local area connection was unplugged then I have to call them they fix the problem after sometime the problem occurs again. They are just bullshit. At that time I Asked him to return the installation charges they told me that it was activation charge and they will not return. I have all the money receipt.
