    Thumbs down Complain Against Reliance Broadband Service

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I am Dinesh B Sawane from Ojhar Dist. Nashik, having reliance Wireline Internet
    Broad band connection having Id number 330763148924.A/C No.100113656159.Reliance Phone No-02550-300190Plan Name:WFL299CS.Plan Description:FLP(POTS) And Broad band Plan Name:WICC600KB.Plan Description:600Kbps Combo Plan. I am using this number since last three months & in three months period i have face lots of problem from Customer care.
    They have deactivate my service twice without intimated me for non making a payment.
    Here let me just clarify that i have given all the information regarding my email
    address & mailing address despite for that they fails to send me my bill on my
    given email everytime, than later after due date expire they keep telling me the same,
    you have not make the payment so please do it ASAP..i was been keep telling that
    i haven't received the bill so please do send me i'll make the payment but no mail
    & no response.. because of that i bear hell lots of issue like my working hours, time & money..Firstly i was using BSNL Brandboad Connection (Phone No-02550-273015) whose service is very nice as compare to reliance broad band. But reliance broad band is cheap in rate so i had decided to use reliance broad band but now i came to know that they are unable to give service for a customer. For how many times i had told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing such thing.
    As i am doing a business of Shares Trading(Angel Broking) and internet connection is very important for this but the service which is providing by reliance to me is very dull at the time of business only sometime the connection goes very slow or many times it disconnecting.
    Their Engineers are coming after giving complaints but even they can not solve this problem.
    Now its very headache for me. All my customer regarding shares trading is not coming due to this reason.I am now thinking to do legal case on reliance broad band so on this factor i am discussing all the things with my advocate. So its my request to all other user who are not using reliance broad band connection dont use reliance broad band connection. They are number 1 frody.

    Thumbs down Complaint against reliance broadband

    I got two postpaid landline connection of reliance alongwith broadband connection. I am disappointed because the I am getting bill for the service which I have not availed.

    My details are as follow :

    Customer Name: Mr. Anil Kumar

    Customer A/c Number : 100106928367

    Since the underground wiring was happening in May till June because of which we are not able to availaed the service. Despit of number of complant and call for discontinuing the service, no action has been taken till now. Today I got the bill.

    Now your GOONS were calling us from Mumbai and warning us for dire consequences.

    I already met few of you guys over your office near CP and my service request No is 143135325, I assured of some positive action but all in vain.


    I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for day before arranging for the matter to be corrected by relevant authorities.

    Default Complain against reliance broadband+

    Hello! There,
    I'm an Existing Costumer from Reliance Brod band + and my data card no is : 9326628902.
    I had connected October 2010.At connection time a stupid marketing person from reliance, committed me sir, It's very fine network, 24x7 services, 3.1mbs speed etc.. etc.. Now from that days always I'm facing too many problems like 1:connection error 2: disconnected specially speed only 26kbps ..Still I'm paying 1000/- per month. When I'm trying to speak to customer care executives, they are saying don't worry sir, definitely you'll get a call from your technical team.

    If you are unable to solve those kind of problems hen way you cheat with we people. It's too much.. lastly I'm saying please refund my 2200/-. I'll be happy to get a new other network connection.
