I am Satyajit from Katraj,Pune area.I requested Youtele for new broadband connection 3 weeks back.They told me to give new connction within 2 working days,on that condition i submitted cheque of 1800/- to Youtele agent name Ajay.Now after 1 week,when cheque was cleared,i called their customer care about progress,they told me,there is fault in wire,so need to replace existing NON STARTED wire.but still i am waiting for existing wire to be replaced.Youtele customer care is giving fake reasons to me since 3 weeks.
Seriously i want to get rid of all these thing.
Please HELP me.
