I have purchased a 3g data card bsnl for internet purposes for my laptop, which promises 3.6 MBPs, but in reality i never get that speed although i pay for it. It has been 3 months since i have bought it but till now my problem has not been solved although i have gone to the bsnl office and registered complaints in the customer care. Many times my internet does not even work.

I am Dr YK Reddy Guntur. AP. I have taken 3G Internet connection in November 2010 .with connection no 89855 26673.The internet is very slow with 3G. and it is taking nearly 2 minutes for changing from one window to another window.

i use bsnl data card 3.6 mbps from a very long time iuse 2g sim in this card,but this time speed is very slow. so please solve my problem.

I had a 2g sim then i converted it into 3g and recharged with rs716 3G GPRS pack.
but i am getting only 10 to 15 kbps.
i have called customer care several times and gave complains too but no action has been taken since a week. my money is wasted.
please solve this problem.
