Hello,

I have BSNL broadband connection , my phone number is 0141-2763822. I am using BSNL services from last i year. From the last 4 months I am getting incorrect bills. Every time I have to ask BSNL to correct my Bill and I will make the payment.

But this time BSNL have crossed all the barriers, My Internet is not working from last 6 days, and when I have tried to contact to BSNL officers, they said "If I have too much problem with BSNL then I can discontinue my connection." Even I have mail to many higher authorities( like: K.C Agrawal), but there is no response from them.

BSNL is really creating the frustrating situations for us. I am working as freelancer and I am going under big losses because of BSNL.

I hope I will get help by this request.
