    Dear Service Provider,

    I regret to inform you that every time without any proper rectification customer complaint closed and on complaint of again for the same problem get new complaint no.

    Please note that your department has not rectify my any complaint about the poor service & photon device is working for MP3 player, FM Player, Recording, on tata photon no. even lots of complaint’s made to your department by mail as well as by call also but nothing have been done at your end.


    Even from day one i making complaint to your department and its mine 12th complaint but till now not resolved the same.

    From last 7 days day i am following to your employee Binish on M. No. 9650231842 & 9250067960 and every day he assured to reach at my office or residence address with next 1 hour but 4 days has gone but don’t know where he is and when he will come and when ever I am calling to him, every time new day and time he is giving me.

    Today, (dt. 07-01-10) again in the morning time he gave me time for 7.30 p.m. to reach my home but when he don’t came again i called up and he said now he is saket and will reach in next 15-20 minutes but now 2 days has gone and he don’t come. It’s now too much.

    If you are not able to provide any good service then please take back this photon device and refund my money within next 3 days.

    You can’t make mental harassment & provide any bad service to any customer without any reason as per consumer protection act, 1986.

    Kindly rectify the problems or else refund the amount with interest without any delay by or before 3 day.

    Thanks for your reply.
    But wish to inform you that again 3-4 days has gone but till now nothing been resolved.
    From last 3-4 days getting call daily from your department and i also calling to your department on m no. 9212149672 and every time i give to him my address but no one has reach to me till date.

    I dont know where is the problem.

    Please refund my money to me and take back your device. Now i don't want this and request dont make any other commitment. I have already take lots of mental burden from you and cant take any more.

    I have purchase a Tata Photon Plus, from Najafgarh and he told us their speed upto 3.1 mbps but when i run this device they give me a speed 1. something kbps and i complaint against dealer and tata photon plus customer care he give me a complaint no but no action will be taken. He says its executive visit ur home but no one are come in our house. I am tired and get 1 year no one take an action against the company

    Please help me.
    The company is not giving any services or neither rectifying the same. Every time getting mail from there end that they will resolve soon. but one month has gone and nothing been done.

    Now sending bill also for payment not understanding if not resolving any problems. Even i am calling to them every
    time and giving me wrong commitment for coming to my home or office but no has came till now. Why should i pay any further amount.


    Please help me to refund my money which i had paid earlier for device.

    You are requested to take some legal action against the such kind of company to protect consumer.

    Please note that its not the first time when its happening. Now the approx month has gone no one came to resolve the problem. Every time i made complaint by mail or by calling to your department but nothing been resolved.

    Again i received call from your department on Saturday (15-01-11) that your person will come to resolve the problem at my home in evening by 7.30 pm and i was waiting for him but again he dont came or neither received any call from your end or his end.
    I am surprised..... Its not the first time when person take time and not visited to my home.

    Which is impacting my work and time to waiting for you again and again?

    Please note that i have received one bill from your department but not understanding what for you are sending bill even from day one i am making complaint to your department and i have not used your device for any work. Kindly take back the charges on bill which you have sent.

    If you are not capable to provide any good service to your customer then why & what for you are selling your device in the market.

    Kindly take back the Tataphoton+ device and refund my money (Rs. 2700/ approx) with interest to me without any delay and don't make any further mental harassment.

    Now no need of this device, if such kind of bad service and bad behaver is making by you.

Neither resolving the problems or nor refunding my money for device and sending bill without any use of this. Now the tata company is using his name for cheating, creating problems for their customers.

    Dear tata photon+ team,
    Please note that till now problem not solved by you and your team. Evey time false commitment get from your department but no one is serious in your company about customer complaint.

    Received bill without using your device kindly take back charges against bill. I will not pay any amount till then my problem resolve and i use your device or connection.
    Either refund my money i want to return your device if you not capable to handle all this.
    Its my final complaint for the same.

    Dear Sir,

    As i have sent lots of email and as well as telephonic conversation with customer care officer but nothing been done.

    Even not used or utilized the Tata photo+ device but they have send bill for the one month. From 1st day i am making complaint to them but no action done at their end.

    Now neither they are returning my money or neither resolving the problems on Tataphonton+device or nor providing any help to resolving the same.

    Please advise on this matter and give me justice.

    Dear Tataphoton,

    I am putting this email because of very bad experience with Mr. Aashish on tel no. 011-65419870 & Mr. Binish (M. No. 9650231842). Both are forcing me to say - that this complaint has closed but binish has not attend the complaint till now, even every day he gave time only. They both want that i will say this complaint has closed by today only but binish will come on sunday at home to close this complaint.

    Why your department is behaving like this?

    Why again & again your department person calling me for bill payment (ie. Ms. Swati- collection centre tel no. 64735113) but no one has close the complaint till now?

    Why again and again complaint going to closed at your end even not resolved properly?

    What to understand for this?

    Please explain all this.

    Default wrong commitment from Tata photon ageny and mental harrassment

    HI!

    i am Ashish Jain and using Tata photon since last more than a month.
    i have took this (#9215002969) from Model Town branch from Rohtak from sales person Aarti, branch manager name is Sanjay Gupta.
    they have told that if i will pay rs 3100 i will get the USB as well as 6 months subscription free i.e. i do not have to pay any charges till next 6 months and can use unlimited, so i did so and paid rs 3100 and took in writing from them.
    now the days has passed on and afetr a month i have recieved a bill i was just shocked after seeing the bill as it was not expecting, so i did complaint to the same office and they told that they will resolve the issue with in a day, 2 days has passed on and i have called them they didnt pick my call, then next day i have called from another no so the erson told me that theye didnt done any commitment like this, when i told them that i have in written from them then they have disconnent the call.
    then next day i have recieved a call form customer are of tata by reminder about the payment on 18/01/2011 then again i have told them m y complaint against which they told that the issue will be resolve by 22/01/2011, 4 days has passed on, i got a all from tata offie from karnal (haryana) by saying the sae thing that the agency didnt done any commitment like this, then i have told her that i having a written proof, she told that send us soft copy for the same so i did so and the next day i have recieved a mail by saing that the issue has been resolved and i have to pay the bill, i dont understand what the f**king thing they are doing with the customers. i have told them that dont close my connection but i think they have done so.
    now i have paid rs 3100 for a data card and now they are demanding more money in the way of bill.
    i request you somebody please look in to the matter.

    As discussed and mentioned in my earlier email.
    I have mentioned my all related problem which is not rectified in time and which resolved in the last week.
    So why should i pay any bill for last month even your connection not used by me and also from day one i was calling/emailing to your department for the same problems and you took more than one month to resolve the same.

    Kindly stop to your office person who are calling me and sending sms/email again and again for outstanding bill amount. Kindly waive off the same at your end. So that no misunderstanding will create and can be peace of mind.

    Kindly do the needful and you are requested to improve the Tata photon+ speed/service at our end.

    Default No service from TataPhoton since the day one

    I bought tata photon on 2 march 2011 and it got activated on 8 march after making 27 phone calls and since that day it keeps getting disconnected and even doesnt get connected and speed is very poor and i have tried to reach customer care to senior executive' Mr. Gurpreet singh' but no one resolves the issue and i havent heard from anyone till now. Kindly make the arrangement to take the device back and refund my money as i have made several complains including written once but no one responds to it. Iam so sick and tired of your bad services and writing on google about your bad device and bad services almost each day. Kindly refund the money and catch that fraud 'Mr Inder sharma' who is cheating people and then after they buy the device he doesnt pick their calls

    Sir,
    I have already lodged a complaint with you on 28 September 2011 at your website,but have not received any reply as to what action has been taken in this matter. My complaint Reference No. is 359299 dated 28/09/2011. I have repeatedly asked your field agent in Mayur Vihar Phase -1, Delhi-110091 to disconnect my tata photon no 09212696865 , Account no 908967580 from middle of July 2011 because I didn't need the services from that time onwards but your local agent never took my complaint. It is easy to take a tata photon connection but the cumbersome method you have kept in place for disconnection makes it almost impossible to get it disconnected. Either the field agents are misleading the customer by saying that they do not have the power to forward any application for disconnection when in reality they do have the power or they actually do not have the power. If they do not have the power, then your organization has actually made certain that Tata Photon can be taken easily but not disconnected at all according to the desire of the customer.
    Tata telecom services have not given –
    1)any address in their web site where a complaint can be lodged through postal or courier services
    2)nor can one follow up the complaint lodged at your website because there no web address is given where an Email will be accepted if sent.
    I never get any response from the helplines that you give in your website-either nobody picks up the phone or if they pick it up I am asked to wait and then I don’t get any further reply after holding for 10 minutes.     Once a connection is taken the customer has no power to get his/her services terminated but is entirely at your mercy for disconnection.

    I never get any response from the helplines that you give in your website-either nobody picks up the phone or if they pick it up I am asked to wait and then I don’t get any further reply after holding for 10 minutes.     Angry tata photon+

    i have been using tata photon+ from 2 months and the speed is soo damn slow...they tell it goes to 3.1 mbps but the max speed is 258kbps....i want to exchange my tata photon+ ...or pls increase your damn speed atleast to 2.8 mbps...tata docomo is far better than this lame photon+,it gives some problem in the starting but it gives a valuable speed...u cant even compare tata photon to tata docomo....
