Dear Service Provider,

As per the poor internet service i had decided to disconnect Tataphoton on 2nd Sep 11.

On 2nd Sep i got a call from outbound team of Tata photon for pending bill Payment & i asked them send executive at my office and collect pending amount of 1770rs.

As per the communication with executive who visited my place i requested him to disconnect my tataphoton number and take the rest amount in cash, He assures me that sir your number will Disconnect you just settle your a/c by paying 1700rs and i paid him.


But till today i got 13 calls from tataphoton outbound team for bill payment for sept and oct 11 , however i was in the impression that my number has been diconnected and i also nt used it after 2nd sept that can be checked at your system also.
