    Exclamation COMPLAINT AGAINST TATA TEL reg TATA PHOTON 9221188116

    Hi,

    I had taken a Tata Photon connection with the number 9221188116 on 21st of April 2011. The customer name is Arshjit Singh.
    The connection itself was activated a day later.

    Despite many requests to the sales representative who said his name was SAGIR., I was not given his office address where I should submit supporting documents.
    After several attempts on my own, I found out the address and I submitted the documents on 27th April, 2011 at R.S.Enterprises, Shp No.2, Plot No 54, NCC Compound Gate No 7, Malwani, Malad(W).

    My connection was deactivated on Tuesday,3rd May 2011 and on calling customer care, I was told that my documents had not been received, despite having been submitted by me on 27th April - a good 6 days earlier. The sales representative is not responding to my calls. On the one occasion that I got through to him, he was extremely rude and refused to follow up on the matter, saying that a delay by the messenger who collects the documents meant Sagir is not eligible for any commission now and hence has no obligation to help our case. He has been circumventing the issue and has not responded to several of my calls.

    I demand that my connection be activated immediately along with reprimand for the sales representative. I demand that my connection vailidty be increased by the number of days it has been deactivated due to no fault of my own.

    I will be taking up this issue with the area manager in case of non-action in the next 24 hours and shall ensure that my issue is taken up in the consumer court, too.

    I am not sure hwo you think you can get more customers when you treat the existing ones like dirt.

    Thumbs down Cheating regarding Internet usage By Tata Photon Plus

    I am using Tata Phton Plus 9212582406 for internet. My plan is postpaid unlimited @5GB. My billing cycle starts from 13th of one month to 12th of next month. I received e-mail from tata photon on 26/6/2011 that I have already exhausted 5 GB of high speed data and my speed is reduced to CDMA. I was shocked when I read this on my mail on 28/6/2011 and I immediately checked Internet Usage on My accounts Page of Tata Indicom which showed that my internet usage as on 27/6/2011 was only 1571 MB. I could not save the page but I have made a recording of it on my camera. I registered my complaint to Tata Photon customer care via no 270124119 at 20.47 on 28/6/2011. I was promised that my issue will be resolved by 14.47 on 30/6/2011. I am making this complaint on 1/7/2011 at 12.58 p.m. as nothing has been done till now. My attempts to track the nodal officer on Telephone have also not succeeded. I again called customer care at 12.20 p.m. today and was told by executive Mr Yashpal that my issue has not been resolved and it will be resolved only after 2nd July. Already Six days have gone and nothing has been done. When I communicated this to the executive, he bluntly told me that nothing could be done about it and if I was not satisfied, I can send request for deactivation via my registered e-mail id. So much for the customer services. I want to share my experience with all users of broadband regarding Tata PhotonPlus. This is also my last appeal to Tata teleservices to stop treating customers in this way.

    Angry Tata Photon Fraud

    Dear Sir,

    This is Nitin Goel and working in TCS Company. I have taken a photon connection form your Tata representative (Mr. Kalid). He gave me TCS corporate scheme and take 1500Rs for Tata photon postpaid connection where he gave Tata scheme, if I pay 1500 Rs then device and 2 GB uses will free for 3 month.
    I gave him 1500Rs cash in hand and he did courier my photon device where he gave 1000 Rs bill with device. I asked to Mr. Kalid, why you gave me 1000Rs bill. He told me this is device bill that Tata Company gives for every user. This bill will not impact to your scheme because it’s a corporate connection. After some time I called to customer care for device information they told me this is post paid plan and you don’t paid 3 month advance and you have taken 450 Rs 1 GB usages per month scheme and your account is not showing any advance amount.

    Dear sir I have called several time to Mr. kalid but some time he says I will discuss with his manager and there should not be any problem, your scheme still same but we called again after some time on his number, he told me he has left Tata company so he can’t do anything.

    I raised this complain to Tata customer services. They are not giving any positive response and as per customer services Mr. Kalid is still working in Tata Company.

    Sir, he has made a fraud with us. I am Tata TCS associate and if any Tata associate will do fraud like this then this is a very shameful thing for Tata Company.

    I will send a mail to Rutan Tata/top level management and will complain in consumer court also about my fraud.

    I am in TCS from last 8 year and am Tata reliable associate. So request you to please, take an immediate action on my case.

    I hope you will give me better response within 24 Hr.

    I have already raised same request in customer care. complain number is 324051

    Default Compaint Regarding Slow Connectivity of Tata Photon Plus.

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    Myself Satyajit Deka express my deeply anguish to mention you that I have bought Tata Photon Plus
    device on 18/11/2011 from K.D.Enterprise situated at House No.16, Pinaki Path,R.G. Baruah Road, Guwahati - 781003 which was activated on 19/11/2011 bearing Photon No.9207028692 with 2GB Data Plan worth Rs.750.00. But I am experiencing very slow connectivity 15 to 20 kbps & often it shows Tata Photon Whiz network.I have communicated with your call centre executive too and he assured me that if I return back the device and all components with bill to the dealer I will get the money refund back.

    But unfortunately when I approached to the dealer the Authorised Person Mr. N. Sarma has denied to accept it. Therefore I most farvently request you to arrange to refund back my money for the return back of the device.
