This is complaint regarding the YOU Broadband Service i have been getting for last 2 months. I have been run around for last 2 months to get 10 days of extra service for no mistake of mine. I had a cable breakage in my area becos of Ganesh Visherjan and i did not had internet for 5 days. I made so many calls and complaints on the Web Still you guys did not give me extra days because of the internet distruption. When my renewal date came the sales representatives called up i told them about my issue, still i did not get extra 5 days of renewal period. The rep told me if i renew my account today she will get me 10 days of Internet. So i renewed the acct believing her. then after renewing the account i called up and raised complaints, no refund has been given for my account. Today i got a call from the YOU Rep saying that i cannot get any refund. I will not renew my account and more and i will not recommend your service to any one.
