    Default Complaint against YOU Broadband

    Dear Readers,

    I'm a subscriber of your Broadband at kukatpally, Balaji Nagar, Hyd-72.
    My YOU A/C No. is 635530. Before taking your broadband connection, YOU agents(ALI: 9397031595 and Hamzath: 9666582255) irritated me by frequent calls till I said O.K to take your boradband connection. In the part of attracting me towards your network they told that YOU is providing a free headset of worth Rs. 700/- on each new connection and they'll give it as soon as I get activated. After taking connection its been 3months but there is no response from YOU agents to my hundreds of calls and till now and I didn't receive any free headset.

    Beacuse of the cheap tricks the network is getting bad name and its reputation is being spoiled. Not only me, it happened and is happening with so many other customers also. If YOU really wants to grow up in your business should take this issue serious otherwise people say "GOOD BYE" to such networks...

    Angry bad signal

    my a/c no is 673769 I have taken you broadband on 3rd may 2011 and still its not working properly it has many problems ,it has bad signal ,it is does not show the receive light ,it is attached to my comp bu a usb cable,it sometimes does not show online also,service is very poor no one did respond .You expect me to give payment in advance what about your services.This is unacceptable.

    Default You broadband complaint

    I am registered you broadband user and my user id is 729299.

    Over last few months I am using you broadband network. Since last 10 days they are intercepting each and every web page request and inserts their own java script in it.

    Most insecure network that I have ever faced. Please do not use their services. I complained them regarding same on 16/01/2012 and my complaint id is 2012011606234. Till today 25th january 2012 my problem is unsolved. When I complained regarding same issue they told me that problem will be solved within 24 hours. After two days of complaint, my problem was still there, so I called back again, and they replied that your 24 hours are still not over, they will solve complaint within 24 working hours. After few mails to them got reply from their nodal officer Nikita Bhoite that problem will be solved by today. They failed to solve problem again and again.

    At last, I got call from them and I was informed that you broadband is legally adding advertisements to each and every web pages and that too each and every customers.

    I recommend to not use these network if you really concern about security.
    Adding third party scripts to every web page is very dangerous.
