my google acount is vijaysharma3823@gmail.com.but yesterday i leave my mobile on my table then mr. vinod saxena,whose id is vinodbasf22@gmail.com. hacked my id. then i recovered my id but today also he hacked my id .

My Gmail account was tried to be hacked on 13th Nov. 2010. My Gtalk got locked on that day and it happened between 8pm-10pm when I was not in my room. when i had left my room i was already signed in my Gtalk as well as Gmail account. but when i came back my gtalk was displaying locked and my gmail was signed out and was asking me to fill the case sensitive letters with the correct password. No one came in my room as i only have the keys to my room. i strongly belive that someone was trying to hack my accout from his/her computer. I have even mailed to the Google to give me an explanation for this kind of a thing. If this was a technical error then why I was not sent an apology mail from their side. I had gone to the Cyber cafe on 20th Nov. 2010 to mail SAK law firm as asked by Col. Sandhu because net was not working in the college. And when again I went to the cyber cafe today (21 Nov 2010) I saw that the computer on which I sat yesterday was also tried to be hacked. I saw my Gmail id flashing there with a wrong password displaying when I remember not selecting the option REMMBER MY PASSWORD.

i need full explanation for this kind of error or infringement from Google. how i'm ui suppose to file a complaint, i have already left a complaint on the gmail blog and filed a complaint even in onlineconsumerforum.com?

this is vinod kumar of gmail account holder with id vku444@gmail.com. i've noticed a mail sent from my mail on 28/08/2011 to one my friend mail on 01:22 timing. But, this mail is not delivered to that address and reported on that evening at 17:00. After that, at 17:30,when i've tried to login to my mail, but it asked me to re-login again and asked me to enter the new password to login which made me to lose my old password. So, i request you to give the solution.
