Dear sir/Mam
I am using a Connect Internet Broadband Service with landline no.(0172 5076336) on the name or Arbel Singh,hno-935 ,sector -56 chandigarh.
I am having a very serious & Unfair charging Complaint against Connect services as I am using connect internet services from june 2010 ,after 8 months Unwanted VAS services were activated on my Landline telephone no (0172 5076336) & they chaged some amount for that services & when i have just complained for that services that were not activated by me & after verification it came to be true that they were activated from their end & as waiver they did'nt returned me the actual amount they have deducted due to that services & Now from these two or three months I was having a problem regarding Link & data in the Connect internet plan & near about 14 - 15 times i have complained them & they didn't gave me the permanent solution for that problem & after 1 or two days again the same link problem rosed again .
And Now i have just recieved the connect bill on the date 4 th October;2011 ,on which the Due date was mentioned of 28 th September;2011 .So now i am unable to understand that How would i pay the actual bill before the due date & bill was dispathed on 4th october on my address.
And Now , Due to Non Payment of Bill they have Deactivated my Internet Connection Temporarily on 7 th October;2011 , So that's the Reason I have made my plan to get Rid of the Connect Internet Connection Permanently & yesterday on 13 th october When I just Went to Connect Office in 7 Phase Mohali ,I have just met the Floor Incharge Mr. Amit...& he told me that if i would have to deactivate my internet Connection then i should have to pay Amount till the date of 13 th October;2011...whereas my internet connection was temporarily disconnected on 7th october....after that i haven't used the internet connection.............And now i am unable to understand that if the internet Service was provided to me till the date 7 th october;2011 Then why should i have to pay the total Amount till the date of 13 th october;2011..................
Please Sir/Mam Help me out of this Matter.....As I am Very Depressed by using this Connect Internet Service.......
