    Default Error -628 by Tata Photon sxc 1080

    Hi,

    I m Madhu Babu Valavala holding Tata photon no 9246180691.It is an
    Andhra Pradesh number,initially it was on postpaid and later moved to
    prepaid.As I m staying in Pune,Maharastra,today 12/17/2011 I have done recharge Rs 224/- at
    Pune,Maharastra and I m trying to connect tata photon by using Tata
    Dailer software but it is giving error 628-the connection was
    terminated by remote computer

    Model Epivalley SXC 1080
    Software Tata Indicom Dailer

    Kindly look in to this issue.

    Hi,

    Is there any time line to solve this problem.?

    I request you to reimburse the time period which I lost due to this issue on my data card once the issue resolved.

    Request you to address this issue on immediate basis.

    I have raised compaint on 17th December 2011 ie 9days before.Still there is no resolution for my complaint.Can you tell me to whom I can contact to escalate this issue.

    Hi,

    I raised compaint on 17th December 2011,till now there is no resolution from Tata Photon.Great....!
    I spent RS 224/- for internet usage and I have not used atleast for 1sec in that.

    Is there any way to pull this Operator out and make him responsible for the amount he charged.

    I need suggestions to lodge a complaint at consumer court against Tata Photon.

    Hi,

    Yesterday, I got a call from Tata Photon Customer care(040-66570530) and he confirmed that he has done settings on server and the issue got resolved.I felt happy and I tried to connect using my photon again same error 628.

    Great Tata Indicom confirming with out resolving issue.

    Still you are keeping same message that you are working on issue.I raised complaint before 1month 5 days .
