Dear sir,
I am working with Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(L&T). I took TATA PHOTON wireless connection.It is corporate connection,& plan is Rs 650 for 4 GB.It was activated on 27th july.At that time,no cal was come from tata customer care about plan & billing date.I was received a phone cal on 31st july that ur credit limit is exceeded & submit interim payment.i was surprised & told to that guy that I am using only 2GB & my plan is 4GB.Then,that guy told me ur billing date is every months 3rd date.After that I called ur customer care to file a complain about not intimated about plan & billing date.But no one file complain.Now, I am not able to submit that amount.You take only normal charges for this month & extra using GB is adjust in Next bill.I was sending you reminder many times but no one give satisfactory answer.today,I got call about my bill,amount is Rs-2476.how it will come,I donot know.I know only that my plan is 4GB for one month & I am not exceeding it after my connection was started.It is your problem to not informing me about billing cycling or prorate basis calculation.If you are not solve my problem within 2 hours.I will surely lodge a complain to consumer court. My Tata Indicom Account No is 906522312. I have a paln of Rs. 2000 per month but in Feb'11 I got bill of Rs. 3661/-. When I contacted customer care, didn't get proper information & asistance.
I'm a tata customer from last two year with having 8 connections. Would request you to kindly look into the matter or I would be forced to switch to other service provider. B. Shekhar |
