I applied for tikona broadband connection in Sep 2011. The sales executive took the installation amount of 1K. After that nobody turned up or called me for installtion. After calling customer care again and again , some technical person came on 1 st oct and after some test told installation cannot happen as no signal is there and i will get my amount refund in 7 days.
After that I am calling customer care again and again in vain. Whenever i call customer care they are telling you have to call technical department for disconnection of your connection. Installation only never happened what the heck disconnection needed.
Whenever i call to their technical department they tell within 24 hours disconnection will happen. next time I call , same story repeats.
Now they have started sending me bills and charging me.
The customer care guys disconnect the call, if i insist too much to resolve my issue.
I am struggling for last 40 days.
The sales guy who gave me connection never picks up my call.
Those peole are taking many , not even doing installation and dont care a bit to refund customers money. Please help.
