Disgusting service by Hathway-
My internet connection is down for several days, when I call the helpdesk at hathway the executives over their totally neglect my complaint.
I call them several times (10+) they generally disconnected my call after hearing my complaint, twice the executive tried to assist me with settings but fail to get results. This all was on my cost of time and money.
Also, I have not received any reply for my mail.
