Dear sir,
i was using hathway internet services from past few months.My account no was 749349.Due to irregularities in their services and worst customer services, i made request for disconnection for the same on November 24th 2011.I got the conformation mail for the same on 25th November 2011 from help desk.they have disconnected their services by the end of November.
Bill payment will happen in advance in case of hathway.so i made payment for that month earlier (1st November).more over i have to get Rs 140/- from them.
But surprisingly i am getting every month bill.they had sent bill on 1 December 2011 rs. 741/-.then in 1 January 2012 Rs 1195/-.then again in this month i.e. 1 February 2012 rs 2132/-.
i have already sent many mails to them questioning the same.but they are not replying to my mails.instead it is not possible to speak with their customer care (billing) as it wont be connected.in my 6 month service with them i couldn't be able to speak with their executive.that is their customer service.
now i hereby request you to take some action against them and punish them for the same.please ask them to stop this fake billing which is giving mental torture to me. i cont understand how they can send a bill without providing any service.
please help me in this regard.if you require i can provide proofs for each and everything.
