    We are facing a problem form 1year the internet service of HATHWAY..
    They give speed as per said but many many times the internet connection is not working,disconnected "modem reporting and error" come,etc problems occurs,but they don't give permanent solution of this problem,many time we have urgent work then we can't able to do.they taken advance payment also. that so please do any action on that .

    Default Issue of Shifting of Internet connection.(5 days are already left after connection tr

    Respected Sir/Madam;

    I am the customer of Hathway since 12/03/2009. I have renewed my connection on 08/04/2010 with validity up to 08/07/2011. At time of renewing the connection, the wriiten proof was taken about free transfer of connection to other location ( as I am staying in rental house). On 24/03/2011, I have applied for the connection transfer. The Hathway executive Mr. Sanedeep has got this for filled up. He told that within five days the connection will be transferred, but till the time 19:00 hrs on today 29/03/2011 there is no activity is seen from Hathway side , they are denying to transfer the connection , Mr. Iqbal who is the marketing executive , who gave me this connection is also informed about this, but there is no positive response from him.


    Pls. look seriously in to this matter.

    Customer must be satisfied.

    Thumbs down Slow Speed & Connectivity

    I take Hathway company's internet connection of 600 kbps speed on beginning of march with advance payment for six months. My Log In Id "dbmodi" I operate stock market trading terminal. But at the end of march, I feel I was trapped. lots of connection problem, slow speed of internet in your company's net connection. When I was taking connection, your sales person gives guarantee that "just take our company's net connection you forget other company's net connection service & speed." but, your company's net connection, speed and customer care department's staff members are very rubbish. Today morning I call for connectivity problems to your customer care contact number. I complain for connectivity & speed. they gave very rude answer,'take your subscription back" Now what is your explanation? I totally dissatisfied with your speed, connectivity & customer care service.(Over all rating very poor)

    , my user name is shirin, from last two monist i m facing no connectivity, from morning 9 am to 12 pm there is no connectivity... or slow internet.. i paid 15000 for year then also i m not getting speed...
