The site for booking online tickets by Indian Railways "www.irctc.co.in" is acting fraudulently,
we are unable to book tickets, despite the fact that the transaction completes and the amount is debited from our respective bank account.

I thus wanted to submit this case under Consumer Forum against Indian railways for not providing appropriate services to the customers.
