Default mental harasment by TATA INDICOM PLUS

I have bought TATA INDICOM PLUS for using Internet. I was very happy to buy Tata product as i thought that Tata is symbol of trust, good service and very ethical. But now i am regretting.

The internet speed claimed by the company is 143 kbps but actually it is very low,,most of the times it is 0 kbps. Even for opening my mail, it took 5 minutes.because of this slow speed, i am not able to do my business(international trade).i get frustrated when i am not able to chat properly with my clients and check their mails.I am losing my business because of the internet slow connection.
I have complained many times to the company, they said they will resolve the complain within 2 days, but nothing happened. Even one time, i received a mail that your complain has been solved,,,without my consent.
Once a field guy (lokesh ) called me that he is coming to check my device but he did not come. when i called him back he started misbehaving and using foul language.

now i am regretting that i have bought Tata Indicom Plus,,,this company has given me so much stress,,i am mentally harassed by this company.

Now i want my Money back which i have given for the device(Rs. 1500)
