i purchased a 1 mbps plan with a mtnl broadband in august 2011.the product did not work initially and i had to call them multiple times to get it done.the speed was horrible which was less than half or 256kbps i complained about 5 times online and called them 40 or 50 times but no action was taken.a call came to me from the company about 'would i like to shift to 2mbps plan?'with hope of increase in speed i agreed but they did not shift to the plan.now they recognize me as a 1mbps user but give me 256 kbps speed.when i call to the broadband office instead of the helpline they talk rudely to me when threatened to do work.my ph no. is 25696478 STD code:011. plz do something about it .
