Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention that our internet MTNL connection with telephone number 011- 25897942 has not been working for past several days. We have filed many complaint through helpline numbers 1504 and 198 with compliant numbers 6520070 ,1308 but no action has been taken so far. We have also reported the matter to local accounts officers but could not get any permanent solution. we have taken MTNL connection only to avail internet services and with utter dismay we ended up in getting poorest service after paying more than Rs 1000 as service charges every month.

Finally taking your recourse with the hope of getting some solution to this persistent problem.
