I had purchased MTS Mblaze approx 1 year back.
From last 2 months my data card is deactivated.
When called at the customer sevice help line, I was asked to submit my documents.

I submitted my documents on 14th OCT, Yet my data card is not activated. When I called on 15th Oct for status I was being told my documents have not reached the company.
So i went back on 18th Oct to the dealer Rainbow net infotech at Takshila Andheri (E) Mumbai 93. for status. There i was being told my documents are already sent to the company. The CAPS number for the same is MMR 10255320. I had called several times with around more than 20 mins per call but I'm yet to be given a result.
The complaint no is C1147454678

Below are the promises made and the reply to it:-
1. After document submission it will take 24 hours - 24 hours according to them is 3 days has they count it 8working hours a day.
2. On 17th they told me they have logged a complaint from my side - On 18th they again tell me no complaint is being logged.HOW MUCH OF A TIME WASTING OF CUSTOMER by keeping them on hold saying we are logging a complaint for you. Sheer Cheating.
3. Other of their executive tells me to go again and resubmit the document, other person tells no Sir its not required we will help u.
4. Giving a promise of 20th Oct, they did gimme a call just to tell "Sir u will have to resubmit your documents.
