Default MTS Broadband Faurd

I bought a MTS broadband wireless connection for 3300 Rs they said i get unlimited download with speed upto 3.1 Mbps, i had their excutive time and again is it totaly unlimited and he assured me, his name was Mr Umar, but now after two days i am not getting the speed, so I call their customer Care and they tell me the speed was only till 15 GB and after that they only give 144 kbps, and when i call their excutive Mr umar he tells me I can do what ever i want, he is not bothered he just wanted to sell his product.

Thumbs down MTS Fraud

mts is giving unlimited download on 999
this is a big fraud the speed is 5kb/sec
and the say 3.1mb/sec

plse do something

Dear MTS broadband provider,

With due respect, I would like to inform you that your customer service just sucks.
Without even understanding the problem, they started giving me bullshit answers. When i stop them and explain my problem, they put me on hold twice, surprisingly both more than 5 mins. Now when they don't have any answer to my query, they just pretend as if i hv disconnected the call and repeatedly started saying "if u r online, please response" (to be specific they said this 21 times). Woh! What a service, right frens?

Finally I got no answer and so i just hang up as i got piss-off with the service.

I know it’s boring to read such a lengthy comments. i will write another one with regards to the tech support guy.

Default MTS - The worst Broadband service provider

My MTS broadband connection no. is 9136960260. I took prepaid plan of Rs 198 to which I got a total usage of 250 MB download. When I started using the internet I found that even when I use it for one hour, the total MB consumed were around 50 to 60 MB (Average figure). This was the case when I was just checking my mails. When I called up the technical support team, I got an absurd reply that it depends on the usage and they can't do anything. I even removed antivirus from my laptop to chk whether that was the cause, but still the problem didn't end. Earlier I had used other broadband connections also but I never faced this kind of problem. The speed of MTS is not bad but u don't get a continuous connection. I know by throwing up all my frustation on this web site is not going to help me in any way, but atleast those who want to know about this broadband service can get some picture by thye real users.

Angry Pathetic and Painful Bluf MTS is Making

Dear All,

I am a tourist and I have purchased MTS seeing there funda advertisement in TV.
I purchase MTS from Banglaore with RS 2000 and provided the copy of my Passport and SP office of Vellore Receipt and Lcoal Hotel Money recipt copy!

After having all the document the Dealer made the MTS connection activated! and I could use it from then. They said they have given me one munth unlimited browse.

But Suddenly when i travel back to Vellore, My MTS started showing me ERROR wrong user name and password. One day I spending wondering what wen wrong in my connection process. Then I searched the MTS service point in vellore and there I called and talked with the customer service executive.

He mentioned that my Document is not enough and I need to resubmit the document again in banglalore. !

See for a 2000 MTS connection I had to travel back again to Bangalore and provide the document where as I asked them can i submit again to your Vellore center. They said NO !

Is Different state MTS is operated by Different type of Authority ! as they can not accept customer service request!.

Cool MTS Broadband

As per my suggestion its useless no tower available near my house where i reside in proper city Signal Strength weak these type of repeated errors really disappointed So peoples please do think thrice to buy any product before u check

I think MTs has all the Big ****ing game in the worl. I went to enquire the mts connection after seeing my friend got an connection. To my surprise I took my friends device to chk on my computer & see if tit works. Bastards there was no network. then I went to there showroom. To my surprise the showroom exective told in my rear its perfectly fine network & insited me to buy. Well i refused & told the ****er to chk in my area. Those blady mule never returned. **** the service is so horrible bfr buying. what if i wld have bopught the connection itself. Assholes

Default MTS did not refund money

Hello
I took MTS broadband data card with post paid connection from Pune.
For post paid connection, I paid Rs 1102 for some scheme. But post paid connection did not work and i was not able to use it. I call them and approach them so many times to resolve the issue but nothing works.
Finally, I had no option left other than to use prepaid connection, so I opt for that.
But MTS promise to refund my post paid connection advance (1102) which i have given to them.
But still after 6 months , I did not get my money back. Although I complain them so many times for the same but no body worked on that.

Please resolve the issue.

Angry MTS is kicking TRAI rules

Hi,

I recently purchased MTS connection 9145293208. initially for 9-10 days speed was ok. actual downloading speed was just upto my expectation 50kbps. although they offer speed upto 3.1mbps

But from last few days speed is worst. even i am unable to open a site sometime. always facing problem of disconnection.
downloading speed is below 20kbps.
The total data usage is always high even if i just check emails. i don't know how they collect download data.

Why TRAI doesnt say anything to them. they are cheating people on the name of broadband and high speed internet.

i just spent 1500 to buy it. what to do now??????

I purchased MTS unlimited download on 999as per the advise of sales man. I got only the speed 5kb/sec, sometimes seen as dead and they say 3.1mb/sec. On purchasing time the sailor said will get a gift (usb disk drive). On complain to the customer service, I am downloaded more than 4 MB,so the speed will get only low, even in the in the plan starting time also get advice will improve from next recharge. Now the usb modem is keeping in the basket also lost the cost of set

Default mts speed issue

i purchased MTS mblaze about a year back ............they said that they provide unlimited download for rs999 ... after the completion of 15 gb download they reduced the speed to 144 kbps ............ they say that its a fair usage policy ........ before u purchase the pack of 999 the say 30 gb data will be give but as soon as you reach 12 gb the speed is reduced ............ they are cheating us using the unlimited package n fair usage policy ......... something is to be done regarding this issue .......... there are thousans of people using this pack n are unaware of this fradulant activity of MTS ........some action is to be taken ..........
they charged us 2200 for the device which is non refundable now we have become a victim of daylight robbery

lets share our bad Experience about MTS with everyone on all socail network sites like FaceBook,Twitter etc.

lets help our friends from falling prey to stupid MTS.
