I am an user of prepaid MTS data card internet service. I had done an online recharge for Rs.3150 on the 18th of this month. The transaction was successful and I got the online acknowledgement from both MTS and the bank.
When I checked the data balance in my account the same evening, I found that recharge was awarded only for Rs.2694. I contacted MTS customer care immediately and registered a complaint. I also sent a mail to customer care Bangalore and Delhi with all the relevant proof of payment. But I did not get any response. The promised resolution time was 10 working hours. After 2 days without any update, I called up the customer car e and came to know that my complaint was closed. Hence I escalated this issue to the executive (who contacted me during the purchase) on 20th of this month. Till date I haven't heard any update from any department in MTS. I have been constantly making calls to know the update. Every time I call them up, the only response I get is that they will get back within half a day.
This has been a kind of mental disturbance to me since the complaint has been closed without any notification.
Kindly advice me on how to proceed further to get the attention of the concerned team.
