    Default MTS data card problem

    Hi,

    I am an user of prepaid MTS data card internet service. I had done an online recharge for Rs.3150 on the 18th of this month. The transaction was successful and I got the online acknowledgement from both MTS and the bank.

    When I checked the data balance in my account the same evening, I found that recharge was awarded only for Rs.2694. I contacted MTS customer care immediately and registered a complaint. I also sent a mail to customer care Bangalore and Delhi with all the relevant proof of payment. But I did not get any response. The promised resolution time was 10 working hours. After 2 days without any update, I called up the customer car e and came to know that my complaint was closed. Hence I escalated this issue to the executive (who contacted me during the purchase) on 20th of this month. Till date I haven't heard any update from any department in MTS. I have been constantly making calls to know the update. Every time I call them up, the only response I get is that they will get back within half a day.

    This has been a kind of mental disturbance to me since the complaint has been closed without any notification.

    Kindly advice me on how to proceed further to get the attention of the concerned team.

    i have taken this service on 30 they conform speed of 600kbpsto3.1mbps
    but it is only .1kbps no one responding all are nonsence

    Thumbs down MTS data card Fraud

    Hi,
    I have purchaesed a data card from a guy i.e. Basant Singh (9891420840) office address A-38, Sector - 64, Noida. he told me that i will be getting unlimited downloading till 1 month on tentative speed of 3.1 mbps.

    but after using 15 GB the data card is not getting connected in broad band mode and providing 100 KBPS speed in hybrid as well as 1x mode.

    Please suggest mew how to solve the matter.

    Cool Mts no 1 waste company

    I had purchase a data card on 10 sep 2010 the executive name is sasi 8095209759 and his manager Pankaj 9141000948. up to 10 days it was fine after wards the internet has been disconnected. When iasked to pankaj he is telling it is working.
    There is no proper response from the executive or manager pankaj.

    Even i was calling they are not picking up the calls.......from two days


    Indias no 1 worst service is been carrying by mts executives and manageres like pankaj

    Iam suggesting to not buy mts to every one.

    Angry dowloading problem i mts

    the mts is a fake company acc to me .
    the speed that was used to is about 1mbps but now its just 500kbps and also it has a downloading problem you can just surf but cant dowload anything using this.

    I bought the data card on 18th september with 999 recharge(Unlimited), and on 24th sep it comes to >100KB speed....
    That means I had uses 15 GB of free download....what a nonsence..?? I had downloaded 4 movies...and few songe...that was not more than 4 GB......

    Default Poor service from MTS Datacard Customer Care Center

    I have purchased the MTS datacard on Oct 02, 2010 in Pune and was working fine till Oct 09, 2010. Since Oct 10, 2010, I am unable to connect as I am getting the "Unable to connect to the server". On inquiry I found that though my number is present, my papers have not reached the MTS Mumbai office. In fact, the person (Mr Ayush - Cell # 9028762617) took all the paper at the time of delivering the me the datacard, but has not yet submitted it to MTS office.

    I have been calling their CC on 9145125 125. They have been directing me to contact 9145 955 955, but when I dial this number, I am getting the message "Please check the number". When I asked for the address where I can lodge the complaint, they (9145 125 125) is not ready to share the office address. Is this how you treat the customers? I now have a fear that, my papers might be in the wrong hands and can be used by anybody to get the mobile connection. This is a very serious situation and nobody is giving the solution.

    Exclamation India's NO-1 Worst and Best SLow Service Of MTS Data card

    The one and only Best Slow Device And worst Service (Customer care) . I till having downloading problem. i called my executive Mr.Nimichand,chrompet (the one and only worst person, not respond to customer's).I don't know who have interviewed he in MTS ? . I called about 30 calls then he attend the call.

    Angry Mts India Data card

    I purchased a data card from MTS India, I got a package that had all the stuff in it. I wanted to download the trend micro stuff from the site, it told me that my account has already been activated. When I tried to contact the customer care it took me, 10 days to find and dial that number. I had to contact 3 different representatives to only find that my card is given under a different user name.
    I wanted to talk to a supervisor but it was not possible they put on hold forever, the balance got over and the batteries drained down. When I contacted them again, the guy who spoke was very rude and did not even put me across to a person whom I can address my issue to, he just asked me to contact the retailer.
    All I am concerned is what if the person with my details does some cyber crime. it will be in my name right, IP address can be spoofed in matter of seconds.
    Now I have to contact the retailer and find that they cannot help me in this issue. I have to pay my money for this or what.
    The customer care people say that this data card is registered under a person called Deepak and his father name is Shyam and they live in perambur and they give me the entire details.
    What is the proof that they wont do this to my profile also.
    I am pissed off totally by the customer service these guys gave. It took my time, my mobile balance and give me loads of pressure and tension

    Default MTS problem

    I had purchase a data card on 26 Nov. 2010 the executive name is Nitin 9718888939 and his manager Javed 9136005155 up to 10 days it was fine after wards the internet has been disconnected. When iasked to Javed he was told me that it was working but same it was not connected.now i m in trouble how can i solve it as i already complained in mts customer care excecutive for 2-3 times.
    There is no proper response from the executive or manager pankaj.

    Even i was calling they are not picking up the calls.......from two days

    Iam suggesting to not buy mts to every one.

    india's no 1 ghatiya company and customer service. mere sare paise kha gye kamine. bhukad kahin ke. toll free k naam par paise charge krte hai. bhikari kahin ke. do din se recharge krne ki koshish kr rhi hu,saalo tum logo par toh case kr dena chaiye. tum logo ko company chalane ka permit kisne diye. logo ko bewkoof bana rhe ho.i want to talk to your CEO.

    wow looks like a lot of complaints on MTS. Actually i was thinking of buying MTS datacard and their unlimited plan. Thanks to all your complaints I am not going to do that. Looks like MTS sucks in customer care

    MTS SUCKS.     I have purchased a data card from a Dell company from which i purchase my new PC

    & i re-charged it of Rs.198 but after 10-12 days it stopped working, data card is getting connected in broad band mode but i cant open any website. Even i called customer care dept. no response i receive from there. i think u make all the people fool. If u r not able to response & solve the customers problem , then i think ur job is meaningless. I seriously fed up from u people.
    If u feel a little shame then please mail me the suggestions.

    Please suggest me how to solve the matter.

    Angry unstasify for MTS MBrose services

    Sir,
    I had purchase M Brose in the of April in 2010 after two month it does't work i will go through to the retailer for give its to service Centre they promise me it return in one month but now 2011 jan month they do give my MTS modem.They tell me came tomorrow but tomorrow is not coming till that date.MY MTS M BROSE number is 9135483214 what i can do give sir give me proper guideline to recieve back my MTS M BROSE.

    I purchased MTS MBLAZE data card on 17th Jan 2010. They promised the speed of 3.1 MBPS. But I am not even getting 100 kbps. I contacted their office and call center. Both no use. Please help me to get back my money spent purchase this crap.

    Angry Poor MTS Customer Care Services

    I’m MTS MBlaze user.

    1. I had chosen MTS Welcome plan of 18GB for 3-Months. After completion of the mentioned plan, I got the first bill on 15-Dec-2010. Kindly check out the bill details,

    1st Bill:
    Credit Limit: ` 1400
    Amount Due: ` 0

    So I went to one of your MTS shop & tried to clarify the things that how much should I pay? You MTS Sales Person told me to pay amount mentioned in Credit limit. So I asked him why I should pay credit limit if my amount due is zero. He had not given me any satisfactory answer & I paid the credit limit.

    2. I got my 2nd bill on 08-Jan-2011 & 3rd bill on 27-Jan-2011. Kindly check out the bill details,

    2nd Bill:
    Credit Limit: ` 1400
    Amount Due: ` 827.04

    3rd Bill:
    Credit Limit: ` 2800
    Amount Due: ` 1190.22

    No bills have mentioned my 1st bill credit details & also haven't got any reply because the nearest MTS shop have been shut down for so many days. I also called on the number given in MTS customer care section but those numbers aren’t working any more. Kindly check out the numbers,

    MTS Blaze is a broadband as well as mobile service provider but, have no facilities of paying bills online.

    I am MTS MBlaze prepaid device user .
    They promised the speed of 3.1 MBPS. But I am not even getting 100 kbps. I contacted them on phone But didnt get response. Please help me to get the email address for contacting them.

    It was reeally the mistake to puchase MTS device instead of other good ones available in the market.

    Hi I all,

    MTS is cheating us. customer care and compliant officers do not respond properly if we have a problem. Only they are looking that how will earn more and more in one month to another. I had problem regarding my prepaid MTSN Broad Band Internet servise. Day by day, my rechargeable amount is reducing from my account sometimes that may be my mistake or ignorance. I called two centers and delhi costumer care office to get an usage list regarding my account. the officiates informed that they have no rights to give an usage list for me. then how will be the rights. CEO!!!! hahaha. Thats why i am saying don't believe. Please try to choose a better service for you

    Default M T S - Looters of the 21st century!!!

    Life is a long journey.. There are many ups and downs in it.. Compassion and camaraderie from humans do make a change and life goes on. Mistakes do occur but they're correctable.. The one BIG INCORRECTABLE / IRRECTIFIABLE MISTAKE that i've commited in life is shunning advice of others and going in for an MTS internet connection. The looters (mts company) promised a max 3.1 mbps speed with a min of 1.8 mbps. But guess i heard them wrong.. I am proud to say that I hardly get 100 kpbs. Each time i see the MTS net stick i just wish i can share my grief with the owner or the top levels dudes of MTS BY SMASHING THEIR FACES WITH an iron rod dipped in their own s**t... I am ever grateful to you people for helping me waste my money on that dumb little internet device of yours..
