I had purchased MTS datacard in the month of Oct and , had lots of network issue and had raised complaint but no resolution , I still paid my entire bill for Oct 2011. For Nov 2011 , I still had the network issue and did not even receive the bill. After many escalation, received , I received the bill on 30 Dec 2011 which was very late.. As per the billing cycle MTS was suppose to send me this bill latest by 12 Dec 2011. I claim my internet from my company and this has to be done within 10 days of billing cycle and as this bill reached me very late and hence can't get reimburse from my company. So can't pay this amount to MTS. As per the discussion with Rashmi, from Nodal team, she had committed to arrange for call back from Rekha Raj who is authorized Nodal officer in next 5 minutes but Reha raj never called me despite so many escalation.
Also Reshmi was committed that she call me with details on Friday 23rd Dec latest by 4pm and you did not call me.She has not got complete details the reason why the bill was not generated and sent to me.
When billing team called me last week, they also validated the details and said that they need to discuss this issue with senior management and would revert me on the details but they did not revert me and disconnected my call without any prior notice
Today when I called Rashi , she said that this was due to issue from billing team and still they want me to pay this amount. Rashmi also mentioned that they don't follow the TRAI regulation of informing customer and they disconnecting.
Can consumer team help me to get this rebate as this was due to mistake from MTS end and I can't reimburse from my company
