i'm amit complaining from mumbai about the worst service given by MTS to its datacard customers in mumbai circle , they
never bothered to resolve my complaint even after contacting them a lot of times the response was zero .
my complaint was regarding the connectivity problem faced by MTS datacard users from last 25 days in our area i.e.
"ULHASNAGR" . but nobody ever cared to solve that issue .
i have a complaint regarding MTS call center people , whenever i call them and give my MTS data card number they say
"our system is on upgradation please call after some time " this is happening with me from past six days , and i have called
them around 25 times in six days but response is same, there number is 9146126126 .
i had launched my complaint with MTS on 6th jan 2012 , regarding connectivity problem , my refrence number is
"c1260536991" , my MTS datacard number is "8433435802" .
pls help to to solve my issue .
