Hi,

I took this connection when i was in Delhi/Ncr(Noida) and in next two months leaving to Uttarakhand, the sales man who had come and committed that it will work in the next location i was going to.

Problem:
1) It was a wrong plan which was put into my a/c when i tried to argue customer care told me that the sales man had left and they will charge me on the same plan.
2) When i reached the new place, the net did not work i tried all the calls(customer care) but all in vain. The customer care noted my complaint 6/7 times but they did not resolve the issue.
3) My bill came and i asked for a waiver for the period when my connectivity was not working.....the people denied to give me the waiver.


Later i called up customer service and told them that pl stop my services they asked me to come to Delhi and give a written application only then the services will be blocked....i tried to convince them that bcos MTS office was not in my location so pls consider my request....but no one did block my connection...bill kept on generating without me using it...

Now the collection agents are calling me randomly asking me pay.....i am frustrated and because of which lodging a complaint.

Suggestion are always welcome and pl never believe the sales people.
