This is Janam Parikh here. I am the user of MTS MBlaze number 8433139749. Its been the time since I have taken the data card I am not been known regarding the balance inquiry. The MTS Customer Care department does not at all provide satisfactory service to its customers. All the Supervisors especially Mr.Sagar Malocha, Ms.Garima etc are just making up fake promises to the customers. I dont understand that why is it evberytime I call up I get to hear that "Sorry Sir! Our system is under upgradation so we cannot access your account"? This is not at all expected from any Telecom or Internet Service provider. I don't understand that why does your system need upgradation everyday I call for my account details? I have already launched a consumer court complaint as I have to spend a sum of Rs.1000 which was just a waste. I kindly request you to take this complaint very seriously or else I will have to take help of media. Thank you for wasting my valuable time.
