i purchased mblaze datacard(prepaid) on 5th of sept in rs 2300 and i recharged it for 999 unlimited plan for 1 month. they promised that you will get speed upto 3.1 Mbps.
after that i recharged it again for 595 night plan but now i am getting pathetic speed (1x mode) max speed upto 200kbps,i.e download speed 12-13kbps.
i have registered a complaint also both via email and phone but they are unable to solve the issue and not responding.

the customer care is also pathetic and service is not upto the mark.

mts is a fraud...
i am also suffering from their pathetic speed and irresponsible customer service.
one day i waited for 46min for my call to be connected to cc but after waiting for such a long time also it got disconnected.
i tried again after waiting for long time it got connected and asked cc rep.(name : raj tiwary) about my problem, that guy was helpless to solve it and gave me false hope..
the speed is pathetic
they say they provide a broadband speed (total lie). they provide it only for one month after that it sucks.........even my mobile net works faster then it..
dont buy mts....

i purchased MTS mblaze datacard(prepaid) and i recharged 595 night plan on Oct 30th,2010 through MTS authroized store in Aya Nagar ( Vaisho Telecom) but 595 balance has not come into my data card till yet. I have registered many complaints also both via email and phone but they are unable to solve the issue and not responding. I was requesting Karan Singh ( Owner of Vishno Telecom shop in Aya Nagar) but this guy is neither recharging again nor he is solving my problem. He is just telling to talk to customer care.

sir, i'm sanjai kumar dixit, my mdn no. is 9151126979.....story is this that mr.ashoo-salesman of your kanpur customer center has sold me a postpaid device and given me a promise that once you have to paid Rs.4400/- and you can use this device life time without paying any amount, means this is unlimited device and i have to pay above maintioned money,1 time only and mts provide me life time download unlimited totally free and you will get bill but amount will be 00.00.......i'd believe and paid him Rs.4400/- .....afetr 1 month passed i've got a bill for Rs.727.60..........then i contact that person but he given words for correction bill and plan but day by day few days and got many froud promise i've gone your service center but they are not doing anything........as the proof i've recordings of phone calls about ashoo and me
