Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my MBlaze connection. Although I was very happy with my connection and still am with the speed and connection related issues but one thing they do not address is keeping the customer informed if he/she has complained about anything and making the customer run around.

I had a problem wherein I tried to do an online topup recharge of Rs. 200/ Although the amount was deducted from my account the recharge didn’t take place. I complained to MTS about this on which they told me to get a transaction # from my bank. It took my bank atleast 2-3 days to get back to me with the trace # as they first tried to get my money back but i guess MTS was not ready for that.

After my bank got back to me with the trace #, I provided the same to MTS and was told that they will call me back my 13 January 2012. When no one called me, on 14 Jan I called back MTS to enquire. First after talking to a representative, I was informed that the investigation is still under process. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told that I will get my refund in 24 hours. Within 30 minutes of that call I received a call from MTS and were telling me to email them my bank statement without which they can’t refund me as the trace # I provided them is not helping them. I told them they had told me to get that number and so I did and was in no mood to do any thing more for mere Rs. 200/ and also for a problem in their system. Why should I go running around everywhere for no fault of my own. I told them to check with the bank and refund if they want to.

On this the person on the phone shamelessly asks me if he can do anything more for me. Although their net service is good as I have never faced any major problem with it they need to address customer’s problems on timely and on priority basis. They should stop making the customer run from post to post for no fault of their own and that too for merely Rs 200/ They should refund that amount instantly as it was their system’s failure not a mistake on my part.

I don't know what step I should take to get my refund back. I could very well discontinue their service.
