One year back I have bought reliance netconnect broadband + connection (datacard) postpaid plan i.e. 827 /month unlimited download.

At the time of purchasing the device they have promised the speed of 3.1mbps but I was not even getting 20kbps which is totally not acceptable.

From February 2011 i was complaining about slow speed to their custmore pune but they used to say that there is some prob with Pimple saudagar network n we are working on it but no action has been taken.so from april i stopped using my device n still i am getting the bills.

If i haven't used the network (because of there limitations) why should i pay for it i.e.something around 2600/-

Reliance has also accepted that they does not provide service in pimple saudagar area. Then how come they have sold this device in this area.

the speeds in my area are pathetic as well. every time they give a deadline of 2 months for congestion issues to be resolved.

These ppl levied some monthly rental with the name VPN Plan Rental and are charging 870 rs monthly. Without my consent. I never got any such rental activated.

I already have a rs 950 monthly plan for UNLIMITED internet usage. and this charge of rs 870 monthly is on top of that. customer care never helps. called them three times, and they always gave me a new number to call. no one answered on the phone numbers they gave.

Please never take Reliance NetConnect. Speeds are pathetic and they promise 3.1MBPS but i get only 15kbps.
