no refund of deposite amount
hello
I Damodhar Goud S has taken Hathway Internet connection (Customer Number 600084) on 19/03/10 for my PC at Khairthabad. Due to personal issues i have shifted my residence to Lotukunta for which i have surrendered all the originals to Subash at Hathway Head Office at Somajiguda and committed to surrender the Modem once my check of the deposit and the remaining amount which comes around of Rs 1200/- will be released. I was promised by the superior that the company would issue the amount within 15 days and taking back the Modem. Till date I have not received the check, neither any response to my mail and even when i make a call to them they keep my call on hold. I am really loosing my patient and even my money by making reminders. Please resolve my issue. Thanking You Regards Damodhar Goud S
