I am using Vodafone mobile services with mobile No 8007305421 since last 02 years.Today (10 Nov 2011) I got activated one day GPRS plan by dialing *444*5#. I received the message for one day activation and subsequently Rs 04 deducted from my account.Now at that time my available balance was Rs.184.56.I started surfing GPRS and I closed GPRS surfing at approx 1530 Hrs. I checked my available balance it was still 184.56. When I checked balance at 1715 Hrs it was reduced to Rs.86.46.I contacted customer care he did not registered my complain but told that your number has been forwarded.When call disconnected again my balance reduced to Rs 48.46.Again I contacted customer care but again he did not registered complain.After half an hour again my balance reduced to NEGATIVE Rs. - 43.23.After some time it become NEGATIVE -44.23.Now there is no option available to talk customer care on my mobile number .It is also true that i haven' t used more than 30 MB what i think.I do not know what is happening .I do not understood.Kindly do need full and return my deducted amount Rs.184.56.
