Hi
When I try to connect to the internet I get an error message in the browser ADSL link is down (Airtel Account # 7005365408).
I have checked the Wi-Fi modem (Binatone) and in that the Power and Wi-Fi line show red and green lights.However there is no signal in the DSL button in the modem
I have been facing this problem since 28/01/2012. I even tried calling the Airtel technical team but they never received the call.
Request you to fix this at the earliest.
