I amit mandviya and my oxigen id is 24009441 is propriter of shree ganesh stationary is doing e recharge from 2 years with my oxigen a/c. I am having problem with my recharge company as they have deducted my oxigen a/c balance with sum of RS 2500 with no pror note in the form which i have fill ed.Their was no any condition in the form of decucting any kind of amount. but after filling and submmiting the form the sum of RS 2500 was deducted from my oxigen a/c balance

kindly see through this above matter and give me reponse as soon as possible.I expect a fair conclusion from ur side.
