Hi,
I have registered a complain of outage of my network on 22nd Oct 2011 for my Tikona broadband connection. After repeated complains and frustrating days finally the network was up on 10th of Nov. However I have received a fee waiver for 10days only. They said my network was up since 4th Nov and it was my mistake that I have not recognized that. I have never received any calls regarding network being up or down.
However the drama again started on 20th of Nov and I made a complain on 22nd Nov and with the as usual frustrating response from the technical and customer care team I took call to disconnect my connection and requested for the same. They have taken the request and by today 5th Dec also they have not taken their instruments or anything from my house. When I inquired about this I am being asked to clear the bill for this month as well for which I have never used the service as its still down. One great thing I have observed though; each time I raise a complain, the issue is being closed without being fixed from their end.
Can anyone suggest me where I can drag these thugs to a legal battle as I have gone through series of harassment and financial loss because of this.
