On 17 th October (17.10.2011) I have recharged 999 rupees to my BSNL no. from PayTM........but unfortunately it was failed...Then I have requested for a refund the rupees to my bank.....But after more than three month I wait but there is no transfer is happened in my account....And I have repeatedly requested to PayTM..But still this issue has not been solved ..I am really disappointed with their service..I will be very grateful if you take necessary action as soon as possible...
