I am purchasing tata photon connection on 27/04/2010 (no 9249534763) with samsung laptop offer that 15gb -15gb free for two months after that 2g from third month two sixth month from starting i am facing problem du to inturrupted service i staring to using and my usage is not going out they blocked that connection in ten days for four days after i am doing complaint i found that there executive forget to doing activate my samsung offer now he activate on 10th may he is telling now your two months start after that again i am using only 10 gb out of 15.5gb they blocked that connection for six days and they send bill of Rs 3574 again i am going to do complaint to your executive he told sorry and he start the connection i am asking about my balance usage he(mr arrish no:9249408536) he is telling that it is carry forward in next month due to that i using next month 19.5 gb(5gb balance+15.5 gb limit) again i am recieving bill of Rs 1836 and third bill is also same problem i am doing camplaint so many times but nobody resolved that problem i am going to their executive (mr arrish no:9249408536) he telling that u go and take llegal action nothing can be happen here he is doing misbehaving to me and from beginig i am facing that speed problem they promise to give 3.1mbps speed but i am getting only 200kbps for that also i am doing many complaints but at last they providing one antenna of height 1m and 20meter cable with that .i am purchasing 8inches netbbok for easy handling and for that i am purchasing usb data card now how i handling that antenna in traveling and goin some where i losing my more money due to that coneection in share trading or giving complaints again and again i want to return that connection and i want compensation due to that so please do some help and my advice to every body donot purchase tata photon plus
