my consumer id of tata sky is 1005196983.on 25.07.2010 we have recharged of Rs.4290 for whole one year.before rechargiing we have called tata ksy customer care executives to know about the pacakages .i also asked them whether it will work for whole one year at that time dey said dat it will ,for eg: on 25.07.2010 i have recharged so on 25.07.2011 we have to renewed it again.but we got sms from tata sky that ur tata sky service will expitred on 25.04.2011 we got shocked by reading that sms because they were discontinuing our service before 3 months than d actual expiry date.i request u to pls help us in dis matter as this tata sky had made loss of us financially.

For more than one week now, my Tata Sky set-top box has been malfunctioning (it doesn't receive a signal).

To make matters worse, Tata Sky's Mumbai helpline number (022-66006633) seems to be unavailable. I called their South zone number and logged a complaint, and despite numerous follow ups on my part with the Service Request number (1-7236229964) and assurances by them that an engineer would visit to rectify the issue, no one has visited and the problem persists.
