i am k.venkata ramana from hyderabad, a.p., i have purchased a prestige kitchen chimney in nov, 2009, after 6 months the motor in it stopped working and after several calls to the service centre they replaced faulty motor, now since 10days the chimney is not working and i have been calling them to repair, they do not promptly attend the calls, they are not commited to their dates causing frustration to customers.i recommend people not to buy prestige products (chimneys)
