Problem in new connection from Beam Telecom

Default Problem in new connection from Beam Telecom

I am living in Hyderabad ,i have taken a new internet connection from Beam Telecom by paying 2300 for 6months. and registered mobile number is 9966990036.


i completed this process through a marketing executive and i gave money on 25-06-2010 , and assured to me of getting connection within 2 days.

i waited for 2 days and , i haven't received any single phone call on those 2 days , after that on each and every day i am calling customer care , each time they will register a complaint and send an sms to my no . till now i have tens of that messages. but they have not taken any action for any single complaint.each i heard a different answer.

but since 2 two days that people started lying that their technician unable locate our address and called to my no . but i thought of this and i gave 2 numbers both are working.

if u are not able provide basic service , why are u luring people with false statements.

i will barely wait for one day , after that i am thinking of complaining to consumer forum , and i have all the bills and the complaint numbers .

Default service is worst

I had taken a new connection from Beam Broad band , I had taken 256kbs connection & they r not even providing me 32kbps.
The service is so worst, Daily I am calling the customer service they will register a complaint by giving an answer "our technical person will come,your problem will get resolved in 24-48 hrs".

Post Problem with new connection from Beam Telecome

Hi I am resident of Hyderabad, on 08-sep-2010, i have taken a new connection by paying 1800/- for 3 months by registering with my mobile no:9492834485. But till now(04-10-2010) I have'nt get my connection. When I am calling the customer care, they are telling that i will be done in 48 hrs but nothing has happened.If I call the person to whom I pay the bill, he is telling today tommarow....... I gave complaint by personalling going to t5heir office but of no use...
