Dear Sir,
I am using Airtel broadband with this no.01147640372
& i am facing some problem with internet due to some reason
the antivirus icon is not poping up in the right coner of the
Laptop i try to call Airtell customer care on 21-05-2010
and the referance no. for the call is 137276743.But the
customer care sad try and contact Airtel local vendor and
after that I call mr.Deepak who's cell no is 09919164809 and his boss mr.
Arjun Singh ( Sales officer) who's cell no is 09717433356.On21-05-2010
mr.Deepak sad he will visit at my place around 08:00pm & he will fixed
the problem but as today is 25-05-2010 & till date no body has visited
at my place to fixed the problem and on top of that both of them are not
picking my call.I try to call both of them many time but got no response,
This is my fist complain so i donot know that
right process of complain,so if there is any problem please let
